Description
We are in the process of adding prewarming to FTS indices. We should add prewarming to all other index types as well.

Research direction
Start by reading the existing FTS-index prewarming work and identify every other index type that needs equivalent support. Trace how indexes are opened or loaded, then run the relevant index tests. Done means all non-FTS index types are prewarmed consistently and coverage verifies the behavior.
