Description

Describe the bug
When opening the store categories section, the horizontal scroll bar is positioned in the middle instead of starting from the beginning. This causes users to miss initial categories and requires them to manually scroll back to view all options.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open the application.
  2. Navigate to See All button
  3. Navigate to the store categories section.
  4. Observe the position of the horizontal scroll bar.

Expected behavior
The horizontal scroll bar should start from the beginning, showing the first category by default.

Research direction

No file or test is named. Start by locating the store categories section on the See All pages, reproduce the horizontal scroll position in the application, and trace the relevant category list entry point. Done means every See All page opens with the first category visible at the beginning of the scroll area.
