Describe the bug
The minimum order limit for orders is not implemented

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'vendors>>add restaurants'
Click on 'registration'
go to customer site and order from the same store and youll be able to order items lesser than the limit
See error
Expected behavior
minimum order limit must be implemented
