Research direction

Start by reproducing the problem on the restaurants page in Chrome on Windows 10/11, noting which restaurants fail when Enable is clicked and capturing the error. Compare a working restaurant with a failing one and trace the page's enable action. Done means the enable buttons work as directed for both cases and the regression is covered by an appropriate check.
