Research direction
Start in the Enatega Customer Application by reproducing the path Profile > Account > theme checkbox, then compare it with changing the theme from Mobile Settings. Trace where the current theme state is read and update the checkbox so it reflects both in-app and mobile-setting changes; done means the checked state stays synchronized.
