Phone number field missing, when adding a store from Vendor page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Admin Dashboard'
Click on Vendors option from general dropdown.
Now click any vendor , click on View option.
See error there Store option now add a store from there
Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Start by reproducing the flow in the Enatega Admin Dashboard: Vendors, select a vendor, choose View, then add a store. Trace the store-creation form used from that vendor page and compare it with the expected store fields. Done means the phone number field is present when adding a store from the vendor view and accepts the store's phone number.
