Enatega Admin Dashboard : Navigate to specific field which field is creating an error to submit the form.

Describe the bug
This bug occurs when a form submission fails due to an error in a specific field, but the system does not automatically navigate to or highlight the problematic field, making it difficult for the user to identify and correct the issue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Admin Dashboard'
Now fill a form to add a staff etc. now skip a required field see error the field border gets red colored , but it doesn't navigate to that field.
Expected behavior
This bug occurs when a form submission fails due to an error in a specific field, but the system does not automatically navigate to or highlight the problematic field, making it difficult for the user to identify and correct the issue.

Start in the Enatega Admin Dashboard by reproducing the staff form submission with a required field left empty. Trace the form validation and error handling to determine how the first invalid field is identified; done means submission errors automatically navigate to or highlight that field, with the existing red border behavior preserved.
