Research direction

Reproduce the issue on the Dispatch and Earnings pages by clicking the Date and Order ID column headers and observing whether the displayed records change. Locate the page components and their table sorting entry points, then verify ascending and descending ordering for the affected columns. Done means both pages visibly sort their records in the requested direction.
