Describe the bug
the minimum order limit of the restaurant was 5000 but it took orders below it

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'place order'
Click on 'any items that are below the limit of orders'
proceed to checkout and order
See error
Expected behavior
should not accept orders below the limit
