Description

Factory pattern for starting supervised children:

pub struct ChildSpec {
    id: String,
    start: Arc<dyn Fn() -> BoxedChildHandle>,
    restart: RestartType, // Permanent, Transient, Temporary
    shutdown: Shutdown, // Infinity, Timeout(Duration), Brutal
    child_type: ChildType, // Worker, Supervisor
}

New file: concurrency/src/child_spec.rs

Part of Phase 4 (Supervision).

Research direction

Start with the Phase 4 supervision work and inspect the existing concurrency module types and child-starting APIs. Add the new ChildSpec definition in concurrency/src/child_spec.rs with the fields and variants shown in the issue, ensuring it fits the library's existing interfaces. Done means the child configuration type is available for supervised-child startup.
