Move tests from actor.rs to separate test files for clarity:
actor_tests.rssupervisor_tests.rs(when added)
Inspired by PR #111 approach.

Research direction
Start by reading the tests in actor.rs and reviewing the separate-test-file approach used in PR #111. Move the relevant tests into actor_tests.rs while preserving their coverage; add supervisor_tests.rs when supervisor tests are introduced.
