Description
We currently have a make fmt -> make lint -> make test -> "run devnet" testing workflow, but it doesn't cover code quality. Also, sometimes Claude might forget this validation checklist.
We should add a code review agent, specialized in code quality. We can then document code smells or plain errors that we see to automatically improve code quality.
We can do something similar for writing tests, getting inspiration from leanSpec: https://github.com/leanEthereum/leanSpec/blob/main/.claude/agents/code-tester.md

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing Claude agent configuration and the current make fmt → make lint → make test → devnet workflow, then compare the linked leanSpec code-tester agent. Done should mean a code review agent is added, its quality findings are documented, and the workflow or agent instructions ensure the validation checklist is followed.
