[bug] unable to register with my real name

### What happened

I cannot register my real name to use the full version of laf, although every info is correct and I've input them over 10 times

### How to reproduce

I don't know, but can anyone check the database of real-name-register? I believe something's wrong cuz the right info turn out to be "inconsistent".
