[bug] Built-in dependency cannot update version

### What happened

When I choose to install dependencies that are higher than built-in dependencies，Built-in dependency cannot update version

### How to reproduce

1. add install dependencise
2. toast success,but doesnt work

No file, test, or code entry point is named. Start by reproducing the dependency installation flow at laf.dev with a version higher than the built-in dependency, then trace the install request and its success handling. Done means the selected higher version is actually used after installation, not just reported successful.
