1.应用共用一个开发者账号
2.函数发布后，其他开发者切换云函数没有获取最新的代码
3. 导致代码被覆盖，且无法找回，体验特别差

- 当一个开发者发布了云函数，另外一个开发者切换云函数代码不是最新的
