Can I add a search by collection name when configuring the database collection access policy? When there are too many sets that are inconvenient to retrieve

Start at the database collection access-policy configuration UI shown in the issue screenshot and locate the collection dropdown. Verify how it behaves with many collections; done means users can search by collection name while configuring the policy.
