Description

## Summary
Post-diagnosis, a narrow pilot of AI-initiated container restart for non-high-risk, stateless operations. Data/PV operations permanently excluded.

## Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] Controlled cohort only (not all users)
- [ ] Limited to container restart (stateless, non-high-risk)
- [ ] Data/persistent volume operations permanently excluded — no exceptions
- [ ] Clear audit trail of AI-initiated actions
- [ ] Kill switch available

## Sprint Assignment
- Sprint 5: Background pilot (not primary release)

## Constraints
- Progressive autonomy — start minimal
- Any operation touching data or PVs is NEVER automated

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are identified, so begin by mapping the existing container-operation and AI-action paths. Define the pilot boundary, audit trail, and kill switch, then verify that only controlled, stateless, non-high-risk container restarts are possible and that data or persistent-volume operations remain excluded.
