## Overview
Enable Backend.AI Agent to run natively on macOS without Docker Desktop dependency by integrating with macOS native container runtimes.
## Goals
- Remove Docker Desktop dependency for macOS development
- Support native container runtime integration (Lima, Colima, OrbStack, etc.)
- Extract and isolate backend components for standalone execution
## Benefits
- Improved developer experience on macOS
- Reduced resource overhead without Docker Desktop
- Native macOS performance optimization
