PoC Full-Stack Backend.AI Kubernetes Bridge

## Motivation

- Building on top of [https://lablup.atlassian.net/browse/BA-3265](https://lablup.atlassian.net/browse/BA-3265) and feedback from the demo session on 2025-12-10, let’s produce a more complete full-stack implementation of the Proof-of-Concept Kubernetes Bridge

## Objective

- Sync inference-related [Backend.AI](http://Backend.AI) components (Endpoint/Deployment, App Proxy-related entities) in the Bridge
- Deploy Bridge on Isla Sorna with a full [Backend.AI](http://Backend.AI) setup including inference components
- Complete and publish BEP
