Description
Thanks to wsproxy v2, now we can restart the manager and agents without interrupting the container app connections.
Let's add an automatic recycling of manager in the night times (if configured) or when there are two or more PREPARING-stuck sessions (e.g., for 10 minutes, should be configurable).
