Image rescan not working

I'm going to test it after installing the open source version through the above method, but the execution environment - there is no image in the image, and when I click "cr.backend.ai " refresh in the registry, only the "이미지 리스캔중" message appears and no image is added. When I click "index.docker.io ", the message "레지스트리 업데이트가 실패하였습니다" appears and fails.
