## Objective

Establish resource limits for each domain, project, and user within resource groups.

## Context

There is a need to manage resources effectively by setting specific limits based on domains, projects, and users. This will help in controlling resource usage.

## Scope

- **Included**: Setting resource limits for domains, projects, and users.
- **Not Included**: Changes to existing resource allocation methods outside of the specified limits.

## Success criteria

- Resource limits are successfully set for each domain.
