판정-1 역할-2. 근거: hejo drafts/BA-7669/report.md §2 역할 배정.
대상
- 역할 배정 5종(단건·일괄 배정과 회수, 배정된 유저 조회)을 relation shape 로. 양쪽(스코프·유저) 권한 검사를 relation validator 가 답한다.
완료 기준: 5종이 relation 액션으로 배선. services/rbac(BA-7670) 경계 안에 둔다.
의존: 역할-1, BA-7670.
제약: 하위 호환(API 요청·응답 모양, 권한 축소) 불변. 구현 방향은 착수 시 main 을 보고 계획해 확인받은 뒤 진행. 파일 위치는 2026-09-07 main 기준 참고.
