- 남겨진 프로젝트를 사람이 찾아 인수인계하려면 먼저 보여야 한다.

- 조건은 타입이 아니라 명부다. 접근 권한을 가진 사람이 아무도 없는 프로젝트를 찾는다. 그러면 개인 출신이든 아니든 같은 질의 하나로 잡힌다.

- 슈퍼관리자만 본다. 일반 조회 경로에는 나타나지 않는다.

완료 기준

- 아무도 닿지 못하는 프로젝트가 슈퍼관리자 조회로 나온다.
