대상

- 생성자가 비어 있는 개인 프로젝트는 주인이 없다. 그대로 두면 쌓인다.

- 보존 정책에 이 부류를 더해, 정해진 기간이 지난 것을 담긴 자원과 함께 치운다.

- 일반 프로젝트는 대상이 아니다. 생성자가 비어도 팀이 쓰고 있을 수 있다.

완료 기준

- 유저가 사라진 뒤 기간이 지난 개인 프로젝트가 담긴 자원과 함께 사라진다.

- 기간을 얼마로 둘지. 인수인계에 필요한 시간과 저장 비용 사이다.

Start by locating the retention sweep and the existing retention-policy handling for projects and their resources. Confirm how projects with no creator are distinguished from team projects, then resolve the retention period decision; done means expired personal projects and their contained resources are removed while ordinary projects remain untouched.
