Description
Declare per entity: the field list and the default-visible field set. A name outside the catalog can receive no permission and an unlisted field is visible to no one. Pin catalog/spec agreement with an exhaustive test. Natural-key lookups require read on the field the key belongs to (ties into BA-7467).
