Description
Establish a proper end-to-end integration test suite that exercises the full component stack together (Manager, Agent, Storage Proxy, Web, Client SDK, Common) through real multi-component flows — beyond the existing per-component unit/component tests. Framework design, harness, environment provisioning, and coverage scope defined by the BEP.\n\nRelated prior work (Done, Tester/SDK-based): BA-4552, BA-2620.

Research direction
Start by reading the BEP that defines the framework, harness, environment provisioning, and coverage scope. Review the existing per-component unit and component tests, along with prior work BA-4552 and BA-2620. Done means a suite exercises real multi-component flows across Manager, Agent, Storage Proxy, Web, Client SDK, and Common.
