## Overview
Follow-up epic for the RBAC management page, continuing FR-2568 (closed).
FR-2568 tracked a batch of scope-type select components that were built ahead of backend support; those nine issues were closed as Not Planned because nothing landed on `main` and every scope type they cover is still commented out in `RBAC_ELEMENT_TYPES` (`react/src/components/RoleFormModal.tsx`).
This epic holds the RBAC admin work that is actually planned from here on — schema adaptations, and any new scope-type selects opened as fresh issues once their backend support is confirmed against a live manager.
