Description
Let's add a load testing kernel which includes:
* [stress](https://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/artful/man1/stress.1.html)
* [stress-ng](https://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/artful/man1/stress-ng.1.html)
* [gpu-burn](https://github.com/wilicc/gpu-burn) for multi-GPU CUDA load tester
which is based on [the NVIDIA CUDA Ubuntu runtime image](https://gitlab.com/nvidia/cuda/blob/master/dist/ubuntu18.04/10.1/runtime/Dockerfile).
