Description
We could think about a service for our vulnDB website visitors to answer the need of monitoring as a step before the DevGuard registration.
Userstory
“I want to get notified when new CVEs are reported for apache/mina”
An email address should be sufficient. This generates repeat traffic to the vulndb.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are mentioned. First clarify the watchlist workflow, CVE notification behavior, email handling, and VulnDB integration before locating the relevant service boundaries; done means visitors can subscribe for apache/mina CVE updates and receive the specified notifications.
