Description
A recurring webhook reminding that a vulnerability is still open could be a nice feature. Currently, the issue sync is a similar feature. It would be nice to be able to scope that onto severity and frequency → “Send me every two days a reminder for my critical dep vulns”

Research direction
Start by locating the existing issue-sync implementation and its webhook flow, then determine where vulnerability severity and reminder frequency would be configured. Done should include an agreed recurring reminder behavior for still-open vulnerabilities, including the critical-dependency example and its delivery mechanism.
