adding docker-registry module to the Kyma CR
waiting for module to be ready
Error:
failed to check module state
Error Details:
context deadline exceeded with last error: module docker-registry is in the state
Expected result
We should fail more gracefully, or provide some hints why this error appeared.

Research direction
Start by reproducing kyma module add without a channel for the docker-registry module and trace the command's module-state error handling. Check how the experimental channel is represented when no channel is provided. Done means the command fails with a clear explanation or actionable hint instead of the current empty-state error.
