Description
The "Features" section of the README is outdated in terms of the features available. Mainly, it still alleges that patch apply isn't available yet, that reply with reviewed-by can only be done by replying to all individual patches, and some other enhancements that appeared from then to now.

Research direction
Start in the README's "Features" section and compare its claims with the features currently available in patch-hub. Update the outdated statements about patch application, replying with reviewed-by, and other enhancements so the section reflects the current project; the README should no longer describe available features as missing or unnecessarily limited.
