annofabapi.Wrapper.download_project_task_histories_urlメソッドは、タスク履歴全件ファイルをダウンロードする。
ファイルをダウンロードするのであってURLをダウンロードする訳ではないので、メソッド名のurlは不要。
その他のダウンロードするメソッドの名前も見直す。
