New gif for getting started

**What would you like to be added**:

https://github.com/kudobuilder/kudo/blob/master/README.md contains a nice gif showing out KUDO. We need to update it because we renamed everything from framework to operator.

**Why is this needed**:

Start in README.md and locate the getting-started GIF referenced in the issue. Review the existing animation and update it so the renamed terminology uses “operator” instead of “framework”; done means the README displays the updated GIF.
