**Environment**
How many nodes and their hardware configuration:
ubuntu24 / 1 masters: 4cpu/8g; 3 nodes: 8cpu/16g
For example: CentOS 7.5 / 3 masters: 8cpu/8g; 3 nodes: 8cpu/16g

**How To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. 按照v4.2.0手册安装K8S和kubesphere
2. 申请证书
3. 输入证书激活，提示激活成功，自动刷新页面
4. 发现系统还是未激活状态

**Expected behavior**
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

No source files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing the activation flow using KubeSphere v4.2.0 on the stated Ubuntu 24 environment, then trace the activation result across the page refresh. Done means the system remains activated after the reported successful activation.
