Is it possible to increase the interface control of K8S rolling update?

**What's it about?**
Rolling update is a very useful release function. K8S itself supports the "pause" and "resume" commands of rolling update. If you can add control buttons on the interface, it will greatly facilitate the development and operation and maintenance of the debugging of the new version

**What's the reason why we need it?**

I believe this is an important feature for Kubesphere. There're a few use cases:

* case one：It is more convenient to debug the new version
* case two：It is more friendly to beginner and does not require cumbersome command lines
