Can Devops support SQL version control tools (such as liquibase)

**What's it about?**
SQL version control is an important part of CI / CD. Open source tools such as liquibase can realize the integration of SQL in Devops process, but now kubesphere itself does not support this. The liquibase plug-in cannot be used because the Jenkins version of kubesphere integration is too low. It is suggested that the product team consider integrating SQL version control components or upgrading Jenkins.
