velero restore backup and then somethind lost in browser page

**Versions Used**
KubeSphere: 3.2.1
Kubernetes: (If KubeSphere installer used, you can skip this) v1.21.5

**Environment**
How many nodes and their hardware configuration:

For example: CentOS 7.5 / 1 masters: 8cpu/16g;
(and other info are welcomed to help us debugging)

**How To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. velero backup all namespace in ks and k8sto external minio
2. use kk to delete cluster
3. user kk to create cluster
4. velero restore backup from external minio

**Expected behavior**
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
