velero restore backup and then somethind lost in browser page

**Versions Used**
KubeSphere: 3.2.1
Kubernetes: (If KubeSphere installer used, you can skip this) v1.21.5

**Environment**
How many nodes and their hardware configuration:

For example: CentOS 7.5 / 1 masters: 8cpu/16g;

**How To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. velero backup all namespace in ks and k8sto external minio
2. use kk to delete cluster
3. user kk to create cluster
4. velero restore backup from external minio

**Expected behavior**
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Begin by reproducing the reported sequence: back up all KubeSphere namespaces to external MinIO with Velero, recreate the cluster, and restore the backup. Inspect the attached screenshot and compare the browser page before and after restoration. Done requires identifying which page content is lost and documenting or fixing the responsible behavior.
