**Describe the bug(描述下问题)**
“通过代码构建新的服务”功能中，目前只支持`java`、`nodejs`、`python`。希望能够添加对`golang`语言的支持，因为这门语言在后端开发中已经非常流行。谢谢

KubeSphere: 2.1.0
Kubernetes: 1.15.7
