Update the outdated anchor link in docs/tasks/access-application-cluster/web-ui-dashboard/ from:
/docs/concepts/workloads/pods/#privileged-mode-for-containers

to:
/docs/concepts/security/linux-kernel-security-constraints/#privileged-containers

**Why is this needed**
The Privileged mode for containers section was removed from pods/_index.md when it was migrated into linux-kernel-security-constraints.md, leaving the existing link in web-ui-dashboard.md with a broken anchor.
