[ko] Update content/ko/docs/tasks/tools/install-kubectl-linux.md

**What would you like to be added**

Update the Korean translation of `content/ko/docs/tasks/tools/install-kubectl-linux.md`
to synchronize the Debian-based and Red Hat-based package installation
instructions with the latest English version.

The current Korean documentation still references `apt.kubernetes.io` and
`packages.cloud.google.com`. Update these package repository instructions to
use `pkgs.k8s.io`.

**Why is this needed**

The current Korean translation contains outdated Kubernetes package repository
instructions and does not reflect the latest English documentation.
