Duplicate content in API reference pages

**Problem:**

Every page under https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/kubernetes-api/core contains duplicated description/content. The same explanatory text appears more than once, which makes the documentation unnecessarily repetitive and can confuse readers.

One example as shown below is Events has the same description twice with different font.
