Request to add Uzbek (uz) localization to Kubernetes website

**What would you like to be added**

I would like to propose adding Uzbek (uz) as a supported localization language for the Kubernetes documentation website.

**Why is this needed**
Currently, there are very limited high-quality Kubernetes learning resources available in Uzbek.
Adding Uzbek localization would:

- Make Kubernetes more accessible to Uzbek-speaking developers and students
- Help grow the Kubernetes community in Central Asia
- Lower the barrier to entry for beginners who are not comfortable with English

- I am ready to contribute and help maintain the Uzbek localization.
