Guess what? If I've never used Kubernetes before I don't know what a cluster is. Please write instructions that I can use if when I'm new.

Update the instructions to explain what a cluster and control plane are and why the version rule matters, so a first-time Kubernetes user can follow the guidance without prior knowledge.
