Provide best practices documentation for Kubernetes instrumentation for end users

As per slack channel discussion with SIG instrumentation (https://kubernetes.slack.com/archives/C20HH14P7/p1761191762811199), I'd like to propose an improvement for end users, to provide them with best practices for instrumentation.
Description: As per instrumentation documentation (https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/instrumentation/metrics/), most of these metrics are not needed until an advanced use case. I propose writing best practices articles or how to guides which explain to the end users which metrics are needed for basic usage and progress to more advanced/niche use cases.
