[pt-br] Localize tasks/run-application/run-stateless-application-deployment

The task page for running a stateless application using a deployment is currently not localized in Brazilian Portuguese. This is an important task page to demonstrate how a Kubernetes user can create a manifest and deploy an application to an existing cluster.
