[hi] Umbrella issue for translating glossary items to Hindi

**What would you like to be added**
Many of the glossary elements are still not localize to the Hindi, their description is still in English.

**Why is this needed**
Many PRs that are open recently seems to be using glossary elements that are in English.

Start with the Kubernetes documentation contribution guide linked in the issue, then identify the glossary elements whose descriptions remain in English. Done means the identified glossary descriptions have Hindi translations and the corresponding changes are submitted.
