Alibaba Cloud annotations in use but not registered

**This is a Bug Report**

**Problem:**
https://www.alibabacloud.com/help/en/doc-detail/86531.htm mentions some annotations (eg `service.beta.kubernetes.io/alibaba-cloud-loadbalancer-address-type`) that aren't listed in https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/labels-annotations-taints/

**Proposed Solution:**
- Verify what annotations https://github.com/kubernetes/cloud-provider-alibaba-cloud sets
- Register those annotations
- If appropriate, file issues to migrate to more appropriate annotations
