Description
As mentioned [here](https://cloud.google.com/artifact-registry/docs/transition/transition-from-gcr), the `gcr.io` container registry is being shut down. We are currently using the `gcr.io/k8s-staging-perf-tests/sleep` image for testing. Do you plan to migrate it to another registry, such as `registry.k8s.io`?
